with the UCSC African-American Theater Arts Troupe
A group of Congolese women find themselves working as prostitutes during that country's brutal civil war. The play, partly inspired by Brecht's "Mother Courage and Her Children," thoughfully tells the stories of these women and the dehumanizing affects of war. Don Williams directs a student cast.
